Mobile Ordering
Update

Illumia has updated the SAML SSO metadata for the Mobile Ordering application with an updated certificate. If you are doing encryption with the certificate in the metadata file, new users may be unable to sign in to the mobile ordering application via SSO if you do not update your Identity Provider (IdP) by April 20, 2026.  To ensure your users can continue signing in via Single Sign-On (SSO), your institution's IdP must be updated with the new metadata before the deadline.

What You Need to Do:
Work with your institution's Identity Management or IT team to update the Mobile Ordering Service Provider entry in your IdP with the new metadata. This is typically handled by your Identity and Access Management team or IT Security team.
If you're unsure who to contact, reach out to your IT Help Desk.

What Happens If No Action Is Taken?
If your IdP is not updated by April 20, 2026, users may be unable to sign in to the Mobile Ordering application via SSO, if you are doing encryption with the certificate in the metadata file.  Users who are already signed in will not be immediately affected, but new sign-ins will fail until the metadata is updated.
